  1. Introduction

    These Terms and Conditions govern your use of JTA Labs’ website, services, and products. By engaging our services, you agree to these Terms in full.

  1. Services

    JTA Labs provides services including, but not limited to:

    1. Facebook Ads Management

    2. CRM setup and automation

    3. AI chat and voice assistant services

    4. Review and reputation automation

    5. Marketing and operational consulting

    Specific services are detailed in individual proposals and service agreements.

  1. No Guarantees

    While we apply professional skill and experience:

    1. We do not guarantee specific results, including leads, revenue, conversions, or ROI

    2. Outcomes depend on factors outside our control such as market conditions, budget, platform rules, and client follow-up

  1. Fees & Payments

    1. Fees are outlined in proposals and invoices

    2. All fees are non-refundable once paid, unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing

    3. Late payments may result in service suspension

  1. Intellectual Property

    Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

    1. JTA Labs retains ownership of all methodologies, systems, workflows, templates, AI logic, and automation frameworks

    2. Clients retain ownership of their own data, ad accounts, and brand assets

    Clients may not reverse-engineer, copy, resell, or redistribute JTA Labs’ proprietary systems.

  1. Client Responsibilities

    Clients agree to:

    1. Provide accurate and lawful information

    2. Maintain compliance with applicable laws and platform policies

    3. Ensure timely follow-up on leads

    4. Grant necessary system access

    Failure to meet responsibilities may impact results or service delivery.

  1. Confidentiality

    Both parties agree to keep confidential information private unless disclosure is required by law.

  1. Limitation of Liability

    To the maximum extent permitted by law:

    1. JTA Labs shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

    2. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid in the three months prior to any claim

  1. Third-Party Platforms

    We are not responsible for outages, changes, suspensions, or policy decisions made by third-party platforms such as Meta, CRM providers, or hosting services.

  1. Termination

    Either party may terminate services according to the terms of the applicable service agreement. No refunds are issued for work already performed or billing periods in progress.

  1. Governing Law

    These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of English courts.
